RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for return of a product it must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered items with original tags if applicable. If the listed conditions are not met we will contact you to try to resolve the issue but the return will not be refunded to you. They are a case by case basis and will be treated as such.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return at the above email for processing will not be accepted.
Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise notated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items acquired that are considered "seasonal" or items which have prices marked down from original prices. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, tags removed, or anything that changes the original item or quality of the item or devalues the item are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To be eligible for the exchange of a product it must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered items with original tags if applicable will be granted if those conditions are met. If the conditions are not met we will contact you to try to resolve the issue but the exchange will not be granted to you. They are a case by case basis and will be treated as such.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once a return is approved, the credited return amount will be processed back to your original payment method used for the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ddenison@ForeFitsGolf.com
